We reserve the right to pursue legal action for reimbursement of any costs or losses arising from breaches of this section and to report any illegal activities to law enforcement as necessary.

SafeSynth may take these actions if it believes a Purchaser’s actions may cause legal liability, financial loss, or harm to SafeSynth or other Purchasers.
